Applicants must submit a 250 word abstract of the interprofessional project that they hope to undertake.
Abstract requirements include:
Title
Names and professions of team members
Description of how the knowledge gained by taking this course will be used to assist the team in
moving their IPE project forward.
Preference in acceptance will be given to applicant teams of three to five inidividuals.

STEP 2: ACCEPTANCE
Applicants will be notified of acceptance into the course by April 30, 2010
Please do not send registration payments until you have received notification of acceptance into the program.
Travel and accommodation arrangements should not be made before receiving notification of acceptance.
STEP 3: REGISTRATION
Registration Payment Deadline: May 21, 2010
Payments may be made online, by fax or by cheque.
Registration Refund Deadline: April 30, 2010.
