Syllabus

To reduce the environmental impact of the meeting, hard copies of the plenary lecture and workshop session handouts will not be distributed.  Registrants will be sent a link approximately one week prior to the course to allow printing of handouts by those who wish to do so.  A hard copy of the agenda will be distributed on the day of the event.
